I didn’t receive my copay card by email or my copay card won’t download. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your copay card yet, or if you think there may have been an online issues with receiving your card, please contact the PfizerForAll support line at 1-877-321-4ALL. Our team can help you understand and resolve the issue, help you sign up over the phone.
How do I use my copay card at the pharmacy?
If you’d like to use your copay card to pay for medication at your local pharmacy, simply present it to your pharmacist along with your insurance information when checking out.
The pharmacy will bill your insurance first, then apply the copay card as a secondary form of payment to reduce your out-of-pocket cost.
If your pharmacy doesn’t participate in the program, you may still be able to submit a rebate form that can typically be found on the product’s website.
What can I do if I don’t qualify for existing savings programs?
If you think you don’t qualify for existing savings programs, talk to your healthcare provider and/or insurance provider about alternative options.
Independent resources, such as GoodRx and local pharmacy savings programs, may also have savings options you can enroll in.
Can I enroll or get my card without using the website?
Yes, you may be able to get enrollment assistance over the phone. To check, please call the PfizerForAll support line at 1-877-321-4ALL for help and step-by-step directions.
Am I eligible for a copay card if I’m over 65 or on Medicare?
No, you’re not eligible for a copay card if you have government-funded insurance, such as Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, or Veteran Affairs Community Care Network.
Where can I get a Pfizer vaccine?
You can find and book an appointment for a Pfizer respiratory vaccine online at VaxAssist.
How do I get help with telehealth services?
For respiratory vaccines and medications, you can reach out to Wheel’s telehealth customer support and submit a request.
For Migraine medications, you can contact UpScript’s telehealth services at 1-800-810-4497 (Monday-Sunday, 6AM–12AM ET).
